Potts' Béarnaise Sauce

INGREDIENTS: Water, Butter, Milk, Double Cream (6%), Shallots (6%), White Wine Vinegar, Cornflour, Herbs (Tarragon, Chervil) (2.6%), Sugar, Dijon Mustard (Water, Mustard Seed, Vinegar, Salt), Concentrated Lemon Juice, Salt.
